减免3个月房租惠及教育行业

    5月10日，国家八部门联合发文免三个月租金，惠及教育培训等行业。指导意见明确：推动对承租国有房屋用于经营、出现困难的服务业小微企业和个体工商户，免除上半年3个月房屋租金。转租、分租国有房屋的，要确保免租惠及最终承租人。

    国家发改委投资司副司长刘世虎表示：“包括中央的部门、高校、央企，以及科研院所，所属的这些国有房屋用于出租的，都要带头去执行这个政策。对于非国有房屋，鼓励出租人考虑承租人实际困难，在双方平等协商的基础上，减免或延期收取房屋租金。并将对出租人给予税收优惠政策。如果你在上半年减免了服务业小微企业和个体工商户的租金，会根据你面临的这些困难，地方也都陆续出台了这样的规定，可以申请减免相关房产税和土地使用税的缴纳。”

    目前，国家减免房租政策虽然只是优惠特定群体，但至少国家已开始关注教培行业的生存现状了，正在积极寻找政策挽救校外培训机构。5月份预计复工机构会达到5000家，很多教培机构正在摩拳擦掌准备在暑假大干一场，挽救机构这几个月的损失。

Good afternoon, everyone!

Today I’d like to share my ideas of “Being a Good Listener”with you.

Good listening can always show respect and build good relationships with people.Parents should listen to their children, so they will understand them better and trust each other. Teachers should also listen to their students so that they can increase their understanding and improve relationships. Students should listen to their classmates, then their friendship will be increased and they will help each other.
